TDI Mezzanine Floors work closely with end users, architects and surveyors and offer an unrivalled service and expertise.
Our most recent 'self storage' client 'Henfield Hire & Storage' contacted us to design a scheme to gain optimum space in a already over crowed warehouse. TDI Mezzanine Floors designed, manufactured and installed a mezzanine floor achieving an additional 850sq metres split between two levels. Upper walkways were also added to provide access to additional levels and staircases installed to suit relevant travel distances set out by Building Control.
The end result being 'Henfield Hire & Storage' has now a fully functional warehouse, and can provide a range of budget storage solutions for business and domestic customers alike.

A large percentage of TDI's mezzanine floors are used for storage purposes, where a mezzanine floor puts otherwise 'wasted space' to work in buildings with excessive headroom.
We were contacted by 'Turbo Power Services' in Leicester who specialises in the overhaul of on and off engine auxiliary and control components, to design a scheme which would allow their partitioned offices to be installed on the ground floor, and above a mezzanine floor would act as a raised storage area.
The 'end result' was that the work was designed, manufactured and installed on time and within budget to suit the companys needs.

During November 2005 we carried out a shop fit for Active Clothing Limited T/A Active Oudoor and Ski in the recently complete Banbury shopping Centre, this included MF ceilings, changing rooms and partitions etc..

Mezzanine & Raised Office fit-out for Sky BSB
During June 2005 we were contacted by Centrex Group, based in Livingstone to create a raised floor office suite for their customer 'SKY', in a existing telesales base.
This included a Mezzanine Floor Fit out complete with One-Hour Fire Protection, with a range of offices, suspended ceilings, staircase enclosures and meeting rooms underneath and above the Mezzanine level. A percentage of the upper floor area was to be used as a viewing gallery, so a more aesthetically pleasing staircase was designed and installed with ballustrades to compliment the overall scheme.
Working within an occupied telesales office, noise and disruption was kept down to a minimum and the contract was completed in under four weeks.

Mezzanine Floor and Fire Protection fit-out for CEAG
During December 2005 we were contacted by CEAG Limited to design a mezzanine structure to store their products in their recently acquired new business premises in Barnsley.
A mezzanine Floor was supplied, delivered and installed, incorporating One-Hour Fire Protection all to satisfy current 'Building Control' requirements.
Country Artists in Stratford upon Avon Mezzanine Floors
During May 2006, we were contacted by Country Artists in Stratford upon Avon to design a mezzanine structure at there newly acquired business premises on the Wellesbourne Distribution Park.
A mezzanine floor was installed throughout the warehouse totalling 670 sq.metres, and a series of offices were designed and installed above and below, totalling more than 300 linear metres. All existing walls were dry-lined to compliment the overall scheme, and suspended ceilings were installed below and above the mezzanine to comply with Building Regulations. Toilets and kitchens were also addded by TDI to suit the customers needs, in a project totalling more than £100k.
Another satisfied customer and an excellent case study for future customers.
Mezzanine - Fire Protection - Jumbo partitioning for APMG
The only way was 'Up' for Bolton based APMG who were struggling for space in a already over crowded factory.
APMG were aware that TDI Systems Ltd had a wide range of experience in providing storage/partitioning solutions and approached us to see what we could deliver.
After several site surveys the solution involved a large single tier mezzanine floor, complete with One Hour Fire protection/jumbo stud partitions and staircase enclosure.
TDI were successfully awarded the contract during December 2006 after submitting a competitive tender and the mezzanine was installed during the Christmas break to minimise disruption to the client.
The fire protection, jumbo stud partitioning and staircase enclosure were successfully installed during January and February 2007, within the time allocated and on budget.

Large Mezzanine & Unique Two Hour Fire Protection
During July 2006 TDI were awarded a contract worth £120000 to design, supply and install a mezzanine floor totalling more than 925sq.metres, inclusive of a unique two hour Promatect Fire Protection System to a defence company in Cheshire.
TDI were successfully awarded the contract due to our expertise and knowledge within the industry.
TDI successfully completed the project in the two months installation time originally set out to their clients satisfaction.
We were then awarded a further contract to design, supply and install a feature staircase with complimentary glass balustrading to compliment the overall scheme.
Another satisfied customer and an excellent case study for potential clients.
Ground & First floor office fitout for Global-Med
Global Med Ltd is a leading Uk medical wholesale company based in harlow, Essex.
Tdi were approached by Global Med in February 2007 to design a suitable office complex at their new warehouse in essex. After a full consultation and various site meetings a layout was created which fully covered the expanding companys needs. A mezzanine floor was installed incorporating ground and first floor offices, toilets, carpets, One Hour fire rated partitions and staircase enclosures.
The works were all completed on time and in budget to satisfy our clients needs.
Hex Holdings - Nottingham
Hex Holdings is now one of the largest independent automotive refinish distributors in the UK, with over 150 staff and a turnover of more than £12 million. The company was the first refinish distributor in the UK to awarded BS EN ISO 9002
During September 2007 TDI were awarded a large mezzanine contract with offices above and below all to a One Hour fire specification.
We were also asked to provide an external galvanised staircase to meet with Local planning consents.
This is now the third site TDI have developed for Hex Holdings with further depots planned for early 2008.
A spokeman for Hex Holdings said: With TDI's new bespoke powder coated hand and knee rail system, it makes a mockery of the saying that all floors are the same -Their's is certaintley not, with their fine detail to design and finishes TDis floor certainly stands out from their competitors.
Completed in a week at Indisplay

In October 2007 TDI were awarded a large contract to provide a 1400sq.metre mezzanine floor, complete with one hour fire protection and ground and first floor offices at their newly aquired premises in Radlett.
The mezzanine was installed in a week, a week ahead of schedule! much to our client's satisfaction.
Sterling Studios - Wembley
During November 2007 we were contacted by Sterling Studios Limited to design and install two mezzanine floors complete with One Hour Fire protection at their new business premises in Wembley London.
The mezzanines were to be used for storage at first floor level and offices at ground floor.
All works were completed on time and within budget.
SONIC COMMUNICATIONS
During January 2008 we were contacted by Bowmer Kirkland PLC to design a mezzanine structure with offices above for their client 'Sonic Communications' on the Birmingham International Business Park.
The works included a mezzanine system, first floor office complex, anti-static floor coverings and various suspended ceilings.
The works were sucessfully completed on time and within budget and handed over to Sonic in June.
Office Fit-out for LISEGA
LISEGA is a specialist for pipe supports for the major plant engineering and construction.
The quality and application value of the products is widely recognized as being superior. LISEGA has reached an undisputed leading position world-wide.
We were contacted by LISEGA in June 2008 and after a successfull quotation the contract was awarded to TDI in August. Our works consisted of a large mezzanine floor with offices above, to the underside we installed toilets, shower room, and a canteen area. TDI also handled all the ME works including air conditioning.
All works were successfully completed in November. An excellent case study for future customers.
Medical Centre Up and Running
During November 2008 TDI were contacted by a Medical Company in central London to design a scheme where they could offer new cosmetic procedures to their patients.
Works involved creating various new consultation / treatment rooms, each with their own wash down stations, sterilization rooms, kitchens etc...
We also installed a client changing area, complete with new changing room facilities. TDI were also contracted to take care of the vinyl flooring / carpeting that was required throughout the build. Meeting rooms were installed using a full height framless glass system with glass sliding doors and bespoke storage lockers were supplied to house various client files.
TDI were also instructed to carry out the electrical side of the contract including air - conditioning works etc and to fully decorate the entire floor of the building.

VJ Tech Ltd - Reading
When VJ Tech decided to move into a new Hi Tech business park they decided to employ ‘TDI Systems Ltd' for this Design and Build solution for their new premises.
This new building, was purchased more or less as a basic shell. TDI installed an extension mezzanine from an existing first floor office area, to create additional office space, taking care of all aspects of the contract, including partitions, ceilings, carpets, anti static floor vinyls, power, lighting and decorating.
Quality finishes were paramount with all doors and aluminium window frames powdercoated white, and partioned areas taped, jointed and emulsioned to match the existing office decor.

TRS - Dartford Kent
During November 2009 we were contacted by TRS Limited to design manufcture and install a mezzanine level at there new business premises in Dartford, Kent.
A large mezzanine was installed, c/w with One Hour fire protection. Bespoke frameless glass partitions were installed at first floor level together with high quality ceilings, to the clients request.
In addition to this we supplied and installed a step staircase from their existing mezzanine level to that of the new mezzanine where a stainless steel and toughend glass handrail systems was put in place.
Overall a very satisfied customer and an excellent case study for potential clients!
SPECIALIST PAINT FINISHER - BANBURY
Below are some photographs of an installation carried out for a automotive paint finisher in Banbury, during March 2010.
A combination of Double Skin steel partitioning and polar glazing, some 3.2m high were installed to the clients specification.
All work was carried out to a high specification and specialist glass sliding doors were manufactured to the clients request.
