During June 2005 we were contacted by Centrex Group, based in Livingstone to create a raised floor office suite for their customer 'SKY', in a existing telesales base. This included a Mezzanine Floor Fit out complete with One-Hour Fire Protection, with a range of offices, suspended ceilings, staircase enclosures and meeting rooms underneath and above the Mezzanine level. A percentage of the upper floor area was to be used as a viewing gallery, so a more aesthetically pleasing staircase was designed and installed with ballustrades to compliment the overall scheme. Working within an occupied telesales office, noise and disruption was kept down to a minimum and the contract was completed in under four weeks. Delivering each managed solution by specific design to satisfy 'all' our clients!
